Richard is an independent business, operations, and strategy expert with over 40 years of international business, consulting, and technology management experience. 

Richard served in Management positions at United Technologies and the Boeing Company; leading major aerospace and defense projects and large engineering organizations. Major programs included the Space Shuttle, the F-22 fighter, and the F-35. 

Over the past 15 years, Richard has led consulting initiatives for over 50 of the top Fortune 100 Companies.  He recently retired as Managing Director at Accenture LLP, where he served as the leader of their Global Innovation Practice.  Previously he was a Vice President at Booz & Company and led their Global Product Development Practice. He also served as a Senior Expert at McKinsey and Company.

Richard has always had an interest in national and local politics.  During the Reagan error, he served as a national security and defense advisor for Congressional campaigns in Missouri.  He also served as a Citizen Diplomat for the World Affairs Council in both St. Louis, and San Diego.  While in St. Louis he was an advisor and sponsor for the Constitutional Convention II.  This was for high achieving high school students from across the Nation who gathered on the floor of the House for a mock Constitutional convention.  He currently is a sponsor and member of the Trump President’s Club, the RNC, the National Republican Congressional Committee, and the National Republican Senate Committee.

Richard earned an MBA in International Business from the University of Chicago, a M.S. degree in Engineering from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Western Kentucky University (summa cum laude).  

He and his wife Therese live in Easton and boat in Oxford with their dog Duncan.  Therese is an active member of the Oxford Garden Club and is a National Garden Club Flower Show judge.  Their son, Gregory, lives in Easton and works for a local Financial Advisor.  Their daughter, Kathleen, is a middle school music teacher in Pennsylvania.  The entire family is Big 10: Purdue, Penn State, Rutgers!
