Melissa and her husband Michael have been living in Easton since 2003. Since retiring in 2008 after serving 21 years in the US Army, they are co-owners of a private business and he is currently serving on the Talbot County Board of Education. Her resume includes being a dedicated mother, executive administrative assistant for a successful orthopedic surgeon, management of a retail clothing store and more recently an administrative assistant for a local church. She is also involved with the Mid Shore League of Republican Women.
Melissa understands that in order to experience true improvement for everyone within our society, we must do more than talk about the changes that need to be made. We must be involved in every venue of culture by being a positive influence in our everyday lives. She believes that limited government is a fundamental key in allowing citizens to be free to make decisions that will benefit themselves, their families, their communities and this nation.
